Using the service

SixLadder is operated by Neravo LLC. You may use SixLadder only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and devices.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must provide the information needed to operate your account accurately.
• You may delete your account at any time using the app or the external deletion page.
• After deletion, the same username cannot be registered again.

Payments and refunds

Purchases, payment methods, and refunds for the Android app are handled through Google Play. Google Play terms and controls apply to those transactions. SixLadder uses your account quota and total usage to provide the data balance connected to your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or unlawful activity.
• Do not interfere with the service, infrastructure, or other users.
• Do not attempt to bypass account, usage, or service restrictions.

Service availability

SixLadder may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every network, device, or platform.
