SixLadder is designed to use only the information needed to sign you in, connect your device, and keep the service running.

Information we use
- Your username and password hash so you can sign in and manage your account.
- Device-related identifiers needed to create and manage tunnel configuration for your device.
- Total traffic usage and remaining quota used for plan limits and account status.
- Short-interval traffic usage may be processed to update your total usage, but it is not kept as a long-term billing record.
- Connection settings such as server selection and network preferences.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not inspect, log, or store the content of traffic passing through the tunnel.
How we use it
- To authenticate your account and connect your devices.
- To generate, deliver, and maintain tunnel configuration.
- To measure service usage and apply your quota or plan limits.
- To troubleshoot service problems and answer support requests.
Payments
- Payments, payment methods, and refunds are handled through Google Play.
- We do not receive or store full payment card details.
- We use account quota and total usage information to provide the data balance connected to your account.
Account deletion
- You can delete your account inside the app.
- You can also delete your account from our external deletion page.
- When an account is deleted, we remove account data, authentication data, configurations, and usage records tied to that account.
- We keep a disabled username record so the same username cannot be registered again.
Retention
- Active account information is kept while your account remains in use.
- Total usage and remaining quota are kept while the account is active so the service can apply your available data balance.
- After deletion, the account cannot be used again and the username is not available for reuse.
- We do not publish a fixed retention period for active account data because it depends on whether the account remains active.
Your choices
- You can change connection settings inside the app.
- You can delete your account from inside the app or from the external deletion page.
- You can contact support with privacy questions or for help understanding your account data.
