You can delete your account in the app or from this website. Deletion is automatic after you complete confirmation.

Final review

- Saved configurations and account access tied to this account will no longer be available.
- The username will be permanently unavailable for new accounts.
- If you want to use the service again, you will need to create a new account with a different username.
Automatic deletion requires sign-in
To delete your account automatically from the website, first sign in on the home page with the account you want to delete, then return to this page.
If you cannot sign in, contact support for account access help first. Account deletion itself requires sign-in and confirmation.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Sign in to the app.
- Open the top-right menu.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
Option 2: Delete from this website
- Sign in on the home page with the account you want to delete.
- Return to this page.
- Type the signed-in username and deletion phrase.
- Complete the final confirmation step.
What is deleted
- Authentication data for that account.
- Associated device and configuration records tied to the account.
- Usage, quota, and service records tied to the account.
- Only a disabled username record remains so the username cannot be registered again.
